Axle has a great smile and is athletic too! It was a hard decision, but his family could no longer care for him. The family had teenagers and he was great wtih them and their friends. Axle knows sit, stay, and come, and he''s potty trained. His previous owner says that Axle thinks he''s a lap dog. He is about 5 years old. Please adopt him!
Update 1/1618: Axle is an independent, moderately-energetic guy, who''s been with us awhile. He''s about 5 years old. Axle has showed almost no interest in toys, and is picky with his treats. Get the right treats, and he''s very attentive. He also warms up to people, though his first instinct isn''t to run up to anyone. Almost every time we take him out, he jumps the hurdles on his own; we try to get him to do so for us, and he runs around them. Axle is very picky about his canine friends, and a dog intro is required (and though we''ve not tested with cats, we''re pretty skeptical that would be a match). If you''re looking for an older, calmer dog who won''t demand your attention every minute, Axle is waiting to meet you!
